RULES
Tickets, passes and other entitlements are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable and void if altered, lost, stolen or fraudulent.
Security screening/checks are in place at entrances to HEEBIE JEEBIES. All guests and their belongings may be subject to such screening. Guests declining to be searched will not be permitted into HEEBIE JEEBIES.
We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other items to be brought into HEEBIE JEEBIES, and to deal with any unattended object in such way as we consider appropriate. Prohibited items should be kept at home, stored in your vehicle, or can be voluntarily surrendered at the entrance. Surrendered items will not be returned.
Please show common courtesy to fellow HEEBIE JEEBIES guests, volunteers and employees by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior. Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards fellow HEEBIE JEEBIES guests, volunteers, employees or vendors will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate removal from HEEBIE JEEBIES with no refund.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are NOT permitted anywhere in HEEBIE JEEBIES or in the HEEBIE JEEBIES parking lot. Guests wishing to do so may only do so INSIDE their vehicle. Anyone leaving the HEEBIE JEEBIES venue to do so will be subject to security check again before re-entering.
In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Clothing with rude, vulgar, offensive language or graphics and images/emblems that can be identified as gang colors are not permitted. These items of clothing must be removed or turned inside-out. If in doing so the results do not meet the HEEBIE JEEBIES Terms of Entry, you may be asked to leave HEEBIE JEEBIES property.
Bikini/bathing suit tops must be covered up while on HEEBIE JEEBIES property. Sheer, mesh and see-through clothing cannot be used as a cover-up over bathing suits.
Laws prohibiting consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, illegal drugs, and disorderly conduct of any kind will be strictly enforced.
Access to attractions depends upon the safety rules for each attraction.
Haunted/themed attractions will be available at HEEBIE JEEBIES. There is an inherent risk in participating in any such an attraction. We expect our guests who seek to enjoy such attractions to:
Exercise good judgment.
Act in a responsible manner.
Comply with all specific guidelines posted at the entrance of every maze.
Obey all oral and written warnings.
Read and obey all rules before entering any attraction.
TERMS OF ENTRY
We endeavor to make your time at HEEBIE JEEBIES as safe and enjoyable as possible. Nevertheless, please be aware that there are risks inherent to your visit. Guests voluntarily assume all risks and dangers connected to, associated with or incidental to their presence at HEEBIE JEEBIES. Guests hereby waive and release all claims or actions against HEEBIE JEEBIES or any of its sponsors, as well as against any of the respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and volunteers of HEEBIE JEEBIES or its sponsors, for any loss, injury (including personal injury), damages or liability that may arise out of or is any way connected to the Guest’s attendance at HEEBIE JEEBIES, regardless of whether such loss, injury, damages or liability arises from negligence, libel, defamation, loss of privacy, COVID-19, or otherwise.
We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters HEEBIE JEEBIES and/or attends HEEBIE JEEBIES produced events and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
You consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded in connection with, or as part of, HEEBIE JEEBIES journalistic, advertising, marketing, promotional, archival and/or security activities;
You consent to such photography, filming and/or recording, including the use of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) / drone which may be used to capture footage and will be flown in close proximity on park. And to any use, in any and all media, throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation to you, of your appearance, voice and/or name for the above-noted purposes;
Admission is not guaranteed in the event of a force majeure.
You acknowledge and agree that your admission to and attendance at HEEBIE JEEBIES is conditional upon your compliance with all Rules, including for greater certainty, all applicable laws, by-laws and posted facility rules (including these rules and terms of entry).
We reserve the right to deny admission or to require a person already admitted to leave HEEBIE JEEBIES, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider that the circumstances so require.
We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation, change the operating hours of HEEBIE JEEBIES or any attraction, close HEEBIE JEEBIES or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to HEEBIE JEEBIES, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program if we consider that the circumstances so require.
HEEBIE JEEBIES ‘Rules’ and ‘Terms of Entry’ are subject to change without notice. From time to time, changes may be made to these Rules and Guidelines to, for example, reflect changes in our legal or regulatory obligations. Revised versions of these Rules and Guidelines will be posted on this website. Accordingly, we encourage each of our guests to refer back to it on a regular basis prior to attending HEEBIE JEEBIES.
Other important legal terms.
Under no circumstances will HEEBIE JEEBIES be responsible for any loss, injury (including personal injury), damages or liability that may arise out of or is any way connected to an Event or your attendance at HEEBIE JEEBIES.
You hereby waive and release all claims or actions against HEEBIE JEEBIES or any of its sponsors, as well as against any of the respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and volunteers of HEEBIE JEEBIES or its sponsors, for any loss, injury (including personal injury), damages or liability that may arise out of or is any way connected to an Event or your attendance at HEEBIE JEEBIES, regardless of whether such loss, injury, damages or liability arises from negligence, libel, defamation, loss of privacy, or otherwise.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items may not be brought into HEEBIE JEEBIES:
All forms and sizes of knives, scissors, bladed items, or items that can be used as weapons.
Firearms/slingshots/ammunition.
Conducted Energy Weapons (e.g. Taser).
Replica firearms/weapons including items that appear to be firearms.
Hand tools/electric tools.
Alcohol.
Drugs/drug paraphernalia/illegal substances.
UAV’s/Drones/Radio Controlled devices.
Skateboards/Segway’s/hoverboards.
Mace/pepper spray/bear spray.
Paint/markers.
Fireworks, sparklers, flares, and smoke emitting devices.
Explosives/flammable items/ignition devices.
Compressed and/or liquid gas/aerosol sprays.
Corrosive chemicals/flammable substances.
Bicycles or scooters.
Light emitting devices (lasers).
Flags, banners, signs, voice amplification devices.
Air horns/artificial noisemakers.
Sporting Goods (e.g.: baseball bats, hockey sticks, golf clubs, bows and arrows).
Masks, and masks that disguise the identity of an individual (face masks and coverings related to COVID-19 or health and safety are permitted).
Pets/other animals. Emotional Support Animals are not permitted in HEEBIE JEEBIES.
Materials or clothing of an extremist/offensive /discriminatory nature.
Pad locks, chains, cables/zip ties, handcuffs, spiked jewelry or clothing.
Flyers/samples/promotional items/giveaways.
Glass containers /other containers in which their contents cannot be easily checked.
Articles of clothing with offensive language/images.
Any item deemed a danger/threat to public order or safety.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following activities are not allowed:
Acts of demonstration, solicitation, distribution or private sale of materials or event tickets on these premises are prohibited unless pre-authorized in writing by HEEBIE JEEBIES.
Any acts of protest, demonstration or disturbance/disruption to the normal operations of HEEBIE JEEBIES activities
Trespassing into prohibited/restricted areas (construction sites, back of house or accreditation required rooms, zones or facilities).
The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind.
Soliciting (Busking) for gratuities is prohibited on HEEBIE JEEBIES property.
Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind for commercial purposes.
Engaging in any unsafe act that may impede the operation of HEEBIE JEEBIES or any associated venue.
Guests arriving to HEEBIE JEEBIES in an intoxicated state will not be admitted into HEEBIE JEEBIES.
